There were a few exhibits not working while we were there, hence why only 4 stars, but would certainly visit again Good instructions It was better than science lessons at school.
We enjoyed the exhibition and scientic experiments. The mirrors were very funny. We got lots of useful information. I enjoyed The exhibit was interesting with interactive elements all around. Everthing has both Hungarian and English descriptions. There are regular presentations as well. Great complex for educating people from young to adult age groups.
It is the best time to visit this center, when there are programs with experiments. I went alone and I got some confused looks from the staff who turned out to be friendly in the end and offered to show me around. There is not sufficient information in English though. Agora is quite hard to find.
When asking for directions, most locals didn't have a clue what we were looking for. We visited on a weekday afternoon and we were the only guests there, so a very nice employee guided us around explaining how everything Bike on a wire at 10 feet height Foucault pendulum, "magic" electromagnetic phenomena, etc.
