I strongly advise any sellers from using gayman hillaire as their agent. I dealt with him during his sale of 208 lenox rd in flatbush. I submitted an offer for $740k which he probably never presented to the seller, because the property sold for $690k. Also he was not willing to show me the property even though it was not under contract yet.
