Don't use him

Dirt bag realtor!!! Piss Poor negotiator, shady bussiness tactics. Brought a house with him about a year ago, one of the worst experiences of my life. Other realtors didn't even want to deal with him after they met him. Missed out on a few homes because of this. Do your self a favor and stay away from this realtor.
