Incorrect Appraisal

False information on Appraisal Document. Gary Ersing had done an appraisal on my house many years ago, it wasn't noticed until later that many of the checkboxes on the Residential Appraisal Report were false, including the fact that my house has crawlspaces in the attic which do not have Scuttles, but Gary had lied on the appraisal forms checking the boxes saying the house had Scuttles along with many more incorrect checkboxes on the form, I would look over his work with a fine tooth comb.
