Can't wait to have you again!! I recieved foot reflexology and a headache treatment, it was just what I needed after a long hot day of shopping. The spa is peaceful and inviting. Next time I'm in Nassau I'll be back. This was truly an amazing experience! However, the session was unbelievable. I was completely stretched out and relaxed.

I had a very relaxing one hour massage, she concentrated on an area of pain and I felt so relieved when I left there. We recently led a yoga retreat in the Bahamas, and found Nicara's studio or i should say we found Nicara! But wait there's more she offers "massage" and does nails for more pampering. In a nut It was a pleasure guiding you and your group over the week. Gla that i was able to accommodate you at your vacation rental as well as you guys coming in studio.
Namaste Colleen. I came to Nassau for a weekend getaway and booked a private yoga session with Ah! Massage at the Zen Zone. Omg, that stretch felt so good :. I practiced one week yoga with Nicarah, she was simply amazing! She prepared a daily class for me and my friend, the flow and sequence was just perfect for us. She even made us experience acroyoga for the first time! We simply loved it. It was my pleasure to guide you ladies in practice while on your vacation, you were awesome! Wonderful having you visit the Bahamas.
